Happy Monday — I hope you had a wonderful Easter, if you celebrate! After a frenzied egg hunt yesterday morning, we spent the remainder of the day with family eating, relaxing, eating and…eating! Even so, I’m excited there was enough leftover baked ham to bring home from my parent’s house to enjoy over the next few days.
